Mark Foffano is the Principal of EMF Lighting Inc. and an Emmy-winning lighting and production designer. With decades of professional experience, he leads a creative team that delivers unique, camera-ready designs at the forefront of the live entertainment and new technology industries.

He received the 2024 Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Lighting Design / Lighting Direction for Billy Joel: The 100th – Live at Madison Square Garden. His credits also span a wide range of televised musical specials and concert films.

Mark has spent several seasons on Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, integrating traditional lighting with advanced virtual production techniques on their AR wall stage. He has also lit numerous live television specials, commercials, and corporate events, including The Last Play at Shea, featuring artists such as Paul McCartney, Tony Bennett, and Garth Brooks.
